    ICONFIT MELATONIN. Dietary supplement. *Melatonin shortens the time it takes to fall asleep. Beneficial effects occur when consuming 1 mg of melatonin immediately before bedtime.
    DOSAGE: Adults should take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water just before going to sleep. Use for up to 1 month, repeat the course if necessary. 

    WARNINGS: Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
    Not recommended for children under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
    Do not use before driving a vehicle.

    STORAGE: Store in the original packaging at a temperature of 5-25°C, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. 90 pullulan capsules, 500 mg per capsule, net weight 45 g.
