    ICONFIT Chaga is a mushroom that grows on the stem of a birch tree. From Estonian forests! Naturally, it mainly grows in the forests of Eastern Europe and Russia but it is also found in North America and it forms a black conk on the trunk of the tree.

  • HOW TO USE: 

    For adults, the daily dosage is 1-3 teaspoons containing 1-3 grams of chaga powder. Mix a teaspoon of powder with 200-250 ml of hot water (3 teaspoons - 600-750 ml), let it steep for 15-20 minutes, strain. Adults should drink 1-3 glasses (200-250 ml) per day before meals. The recommended usage period is up to 1 month, if necessary, repeat.


    WARNINGS: Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a diverse and balanced diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any component, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not consume in case of a risk of kidney stone formation or bleeding disorders

    STORAGE: Keep in the original packaging at a temperature of 5-25°C, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
