    ICONFIT Vitamin D3 1200IU contains a moderate dose of vitamin D. It is one of the most important vitamins – it usually affects the proper functioning of all our organs. Vitamin D supports the immune system, contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Helps keep bones and teeth normal and has a role in the process of cell division. 

    There are some foods rich in vitamin D, but consuming them often gives you only 50% of the needed amount, so it is recommended to take vitamin D as a supplement.

    In addition to ICONFIT D3 VITAMIN 1200IU we also offer two other options for vitamin D supplementation:

    VITAMIN D3 4000IU provides a slightly lower IU dosage

    VITAMIN D3 2500IU offers an moderate level of IU.

    These alternatives are designed to cater to individuals who may require a slightly different intake of vitamin D or have specific dosage preferences.


    When should you definitely take vitamin D supplementation?
