    ICONFIT Chaga is a mushroom that grows on the stem of a birch tree. From Estonian forests! Naturally, it mainly grows in the forests of Eastern Europe and Russia but it is also found in North America and it forms a black conk on the trunk of the tree.

    Chaga contains a large amount of various B vitamins, flavonoids, phenols, minerals and enzymes. Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B7, B9 and B12 contribute to normal energy exchange. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. B vitamins help reduce fatigue and exhaustion and contribute to normal psychological functions.

  • HOW TO USE: Mix 0.5-1 teaspoons of powder with hot water, tea or coffee. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes to produce a beneficial effect. The powder can be added to breakfasts, porridges, smoothies or yoghurts. To get the maximum health benefits, you should drink 2–3 cups of herbal tea per day for up to three weeks. Excessive use is not recommended. The recommended amount for daily consumption is 1-3 teaspoons.
