    ICONFIT Premium Omega-3 softgels have a higher than usual EPA and DHA fatty acids content. Our fish oil is pure, obtained from small fish (anchovies). Fatty acids play an important role in the human diet and in human physiology. The fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed per day. DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of  DHA per day.



    It is recommended that you take at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day. ICONFIT Premium Omega 3 capsules provide the full serving of pure EPA and DHA fatty acids.

    1 capsule contains 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA, which makes our softgels very effective and easy to consume – only 1 per day!

    What happens if the body does not get enough fatty acids?
