In addition to the high 35% protein content, they are also rich in omega-3 (10%), omega-6 (29%) and omega-9 (5.5%) fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants. The hemp grown in Estonia (cannabis sativa) is a special variety that does not contain the narcotic THC and is used as a healthy superfood. Hemp is a fast-growing and resilient plant that is rich in healthy fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants.
