We need to consume fibers on a daily basis for the normal functioning of the digestive system. Thanks to its high 85% fibre content, inulin is a wonderful addition to any dish or smoothie. Add 12 g of inulin to your smoothie, meal or sports drink daily.

    Inulin is beneficial because it contributes to normal bowel function. Since inulin is 85% fibre, it helps to keep you feeling full for a longer period of time, thus it is great for reducing your calorie intake while on a diet.
