    ICONFIT Zinc bisglycinate is an easily absorbed mineral that is important for the functioning of the whole body. In the human body, zinc is found mainly in skeletal muscle and bone. Zinc helps maintain normal vision, bones, nails, skin and hair. It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and helps keep blood testosterone levels normal.

    Prolonged zinc deficiency may increase susceptibility to infections, poor wound healing, loss of appetite, decreased sensitivity to taste and smell, visual disturbances and increased incidence of viruses.
