    ICONFIT Palatinose™ isomaltulose. A source of energy with a very low glycemic index (32) that is best suited for endurance sports like cycling, long-distance running, etc. By improving fat oxidation during physical activity, it prolongs energy supply.

    If maltodextrin and dextrose provide a quick boost of energy, then Palatinose™ provides a slower and more sustained release of energy. Palatinose has a low glycaemic index, making it an excellent source of carbohydrates before and during training and competitions.

    PalatinoseTM (isomaltulose) is purely based on sucrose from sugar beet. It is 100 % vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO.

  • HOW TO USE: Isomaltulose is recommended as a carbohydrate source before and during exercise (recommended dosage: 60g in 1 liter of water). It is also easy to use in cooking and baking as a 1 to 1 replacement for other sugars.
